How does the panic alert work?
A quick double press (within 1.5 seconds) is required to activate an alert so there’s no need to worry about accidentally pressing it.
On the rare occasion that an accidental alert is sent, you can simply cancel it through the app.
What about privacy?
Do I need a monthly subscription?
No. To notify your emergency contacts you do not need a monthly subscription.
Which languages is it available in?
The app has multilingual support available in:

Does Cerret work without your phone?
No. It needs to be paired with the app for the safety features to work.
How long does the battery last?
The battery will last around 24 to 30 months. And unlike other smart jewelry, the widely available “button cell/coin” battery is fully replaceable and easy to change.
The app will automatically alert you once the battery has a 50% charge remaining.
Does Cerret work internationally?
Yes it works anywhere in the world as long as you have cell service on your phone.

What materials are the bracelets made from?
The casing of the bracelets is made from stainless steel and plated in either 24K gold or 925 sterling silver.
The chains are made from either stainless steel or black leather.
The SOS button is made from black enamel.
